We felt misled and disappointed because the property looked nothing like the photos or what we booked in the app. We’ve stayed in all sorts of places as experienced travelers, but this was especially unpleasant. We tried to cancel through Agoda, and were told a refund depended on the owners approving it. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We checked in, then checked out and tried to cancel within 15 minutes. The rooms were dirty and smelled bad, and the power outlets were literally hanging out of the wall. Nothing looked like the pictures on the booking pages.

No hot water or mirror, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and the floor was dusty all the time. This hotel sucks. Avoid it at all costs.

It’s an affordable hotel that’s okay, and it’s close to everything. It feels luxurious too.
