Concetta Villa Seminyak Beachside

We’ve been here just one night, and already I don’t want to leave. I’ve traveled all over the world, but this is the first time I’ve felt like doing absolutely nothing. Breakfast is coming in the morning through the in-house butler service. After that, we’ll just see how we feel. Awesome spot!

We stayed five nights with friends, and it was such a good experience. The villa is tucked into greenery, with a pool among the trees and open-air showers. The beach is only a five-minute walk away, and laundry, currency exchange, and a local supermarket are all very close. We opted for breakfast, which I’d highly recommend. The butlers bring it to the villa and cook fresh food there, which feels like a real treat. The place is a little hidden in the inner lanes, but that wasn’t much of an issue once we arrived. We had a wonderful stay.

We’ve stayed at Asri around 10 times and are heading back again in May. We love it there. The villas are huge, the team is incredible, and the location works perfectly for us. We always request villa 7 because we like it so much. It feels like an amazing Garden of Eden in Seminyak. I really disagree with the negative review of no.7. It could use an update, but compared with the other places we’ve tried, it’s by far the best. Really looking forward to seeing the staff again May 2025.

The pool was black and slimy, and badly needed draining and a tile wash, so I didn't use it. The outdoor bathroom smelled because of the fishpond's condition. Water pressure was so poor that I could barely shower, and the toilet wouldn't flush properly. Every time I left the villa, I had to pass open bins and a messy staff area. The property needs a lot of money spent on it. Nobody asked how my stay was when I left, and I got the impression they know the place has been neglected and needs major investment.
