After I was pickpocketed on the walk back late at night on 20/21 February and lost my phone, the security guard was kind and tried to help. Reception staff also tried calling Australia so I could freeze my cards and banking, even using their own phones. They couldn't get through, but I really appreciated how hard they tried. The hotel is in a great location and the staff were helpful. Breakfast had a good selection of pastries, just my kind of thing, and Dendi, head of the pastry section, kept them well stocked. They were delicious. I'd recommend the hotel.

The rooftop pool and bar had lovely views and a great feel to it, and the breakfast had lots of tasty choices. The massage package was also wonderfully relaxing and helped me unwind. The ONE Legian Hotel is right in the heart of Legian, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. We had a small issue with the bed type, but Mr. David responded attentively and sorted it out quickly and smoothly.

The staff did a lot to make our stay comfortable, and were very accommodating when we had to change rooms because the first one was noisy at 4:30am during breakfast setup. The location is great and close to everything. The floating breakfast was good too. The rooms are okay, though the TV kept losing signal. The shower pressure was weak, and the fridge seemed more like a cooler than a proper fridge.

I was so happy with my stay. The staff were kind and sweet every day, and the price felt surprisingly low for the service. I enjoyed breakfast, floating meals, room service and a swim in the pool. The room was clean and I had no problems. There are lots of scooter rentals nearby. The hotel team helped with scooter rental, room cleaning and quick answers, and reception is open 24 hours. Special thanks to Nia, Monica, Wira and Ratna, and sorry, I forgot one person's name. Thanks for making our days!

Yunita from the breakfast team deserves a special thank you. She was warm, attentive and made breakfast even nicer. There were plenty of choices, and the hotel was good value for money. The ONE Legian sits right in the middle of Legian, with restaurants, shops and nightlife nearby and the beach a short distance away. It felt lively but still comfortable. Our room was clean and cozy, and the rooftop pool was a highlight for relaxing and enjoying the Bali vibe. The staff were welcoming and always happy to help. A fun, convenient stay for couples, friends or solo travelers. I'd definitely come back.
