I went with my team last week for a three-night stay, with a workshop and team meeting at the villa. Its location is really convenient, very close to Legian and Kuta beach. The rooms were more than adequate, with a bathroom inside, mini fridge, TV, AC, and king bed in each one. There’s also a mini kitchen. We had a good experience overall. One suggestion: add a proper closing door outside, since the current jail-style door let in too much noise. The pool and yard could be cleaned better too, because we saw a big mouse three times. 😭

Hard to find, with only one staff member and poor management. We were ripped off and ended up paying almost twice the price shown on Airbnb. The place is tiny, nothing like the photos, and the bathroom is badly designed. The TV is ancient. There’s no breakfast, no windows in the room, just one place to hang a towel, and no security.

The host was friendly, but the place was filthy and crawling with insects, worms, ants, and mosquitoes. The pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Swim at your own risk.

We had 10 guys staying here, and it worked well for us. It’s in a good location and fairly quiet, with a clean pool and a spacious shared area. I’d stay again.

I like this place. The room was comfortable, roomy, and really clean, with a small kitchen, free coffee, and a fridge. The pool is small, but it’s a nice place to stay for a while.
