I’m definitely coming back, hopefully soon. Dewi Sri Hotel gave me the best hotel stay I’ve ever had: good food, a lovely atmosphere, quiet nights, and that rare mix of comfort, quality, and sincere hospitality without making a big show of it. Ratna, Bagus (I might have spelled that wrong, haha), and Deni were all so friendly and attentive. The housekeepers kept my room tidy, made the bed every day, and cleaned well, even though I never got to chat with them. Wewin, Puto, Nyoman, the young girl, and the other massage staff whose names I couldn’t remember all helped me unwind after a long year of work and study. I also want to thank whoever hires and manages the team. They clearly have a good eye for people. Everyone I met was warm, helpful, and caring, and I hope I haven’t missed anyone. I’m grateful to the whole team for making the holiday so memorable. Highly recommend it if you want quality, peace, and genuinely wonderful staff.

This is where we always stay when we first arrive in Bali. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are really friendly. The bar team makes amazing cocktails, and happy hour is great. Highly recommend.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The staff weren’t friendly, and the rooms felt old and in need of an upgrade. There are no in-room safes. Breakfast was terrible, and the dining area was so small that we sometimes had to queue for a table. Food and cutlery ran out quickly.

For our first stop after arriving in Indonesia, this resort was a great choice. It’s very central for Kuta Beach and was clean and well organized. The staff were amazing and helped us relax throughout the holiday. Definitely try the massage they offer on site.

The room and bathroom were clean, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and the room key didn’t work at all, so don’t leave valuables in the room. Breakfast choices were very limited. When we asked for help at checkout, they simply said “NO” because they were short-staffed.
