We had breakfast on the rooftop every day, and the food had great variety and quality. Our spacious room had breathtaking beach views, making each morning special. On our first trip to Bali, staying at the Grand Seminyak made the visit unforgettable. The staff made the biggest difference, especially when we had an unexpected medical emergency at the beach. They quickly arranged for a doctor to come to us, kept checking in, and did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable and cared for. Their response was professional and showed real concern. Special thanks to Yuli, Widya, and Bintang. Their kindness turned a difficult moment into something we could manage. The location, accommodations, food, and, above all, the people made this one of our best hotel experiences. It’s rare to feel so supported and valued. We can’t say enough good things about Grand Seminyak, and we hope to return one day.

The food was excellent, with lots of Indian choices, and the team was happy to prepare dishes to suit our preferences. The staff were professional, friendly, and cooperative, always ready to help and making us feel comfortable throughout our stay at Grand Seminyak. Its beautiful, relaxing atmosphere made our Bali trip even more memorable. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend the hotel.

Our suites were a highlight: we were upgraded to adjoining Private Jacuzzi Suites as requested, and they were spacious, bright, and ocean-facing, with lovely balconies and daybeds. Breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was another standout, with great food and breathtaking ocean views. The team was warm and attentive, always offering helpful suggestions. Right on Seminyak Beach, the resort has a pool that opens seamlessly to the ocean. Evenings bring music and a lively beachfront atmosphere. With the suites, food, pool, beach club, and service, it all felt top-notch. A fun, stylish, memorable Bali stay.

You can step straight onto the beach from the property, and the location is great. Breakfast was delicious, with a good mix of buffet and à la carte choices. The breakfast staff were incredibly friendly and did their best to make the meal enjoyable. Komano and the team were fantastic. The front desk was welcoming and attentive, and staff across every department were wonderful, hardworking, and very attentive. Loved it, and I’ll be back.

The resort really came alive in the evenings. We loved the nightly fire dancers and live bands, and breakfast was another highlight, especially being able to order tasty hot dishes from the menu. Our room on the 5th floor was incredible, with beautiful ocean views, a luxurious bathroom, and the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. Our family members weren’t as lucky, though, and had disappointing views. The biggest standout was the staff: so friendly and helpful, with genuine smiles and no request too much trouble. We had a wonderful week at the Grand Seminyak, and the whole experience from arrival through checkout felt seamless and luxurious. It’s a great blend of comfort, luxury, and entertainment. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to return.
