We had a large group here last month, and several things went missing: an 18 ct gold necklace, genuine AirPods rather than cheap Bali fakes, shirts, stubby coolers, alcohol, and other small items. I had 400k idr taken from my wallet, then it was mysteriously handed in at the pool towel counter. Another person in our group had aud $800 taken from their wallet around the pool. We reported every item, but the front of house didn’t seem to care. There are some fantastic people working at this hotel, which makes it a shame that some others aren’t trustworthy. We’re Bali regulars and have never had a problem like this at another establishment. We’ll never stay here again, and I’d caution anyone who does to lock everything up. The hotel itself is great, and that wasn’t the issue.

The pool was beautiful, breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect. We loved our stay as a family. The staff were just wonderful, and everything was excellent.

The breakfast was a favorite, cooked to order instead of laid out as a buffet. Staff were amazing and really friendly. It’s great value for money, in a good location with easy access to both the beach and the street. We’ll be back for sure.

Right across the road from the beach, and you can be as busy or relaxed as you want. It’s a smaller, Balinese-owned hotel with a really authentic feel. The service is personal, and the staff are welcoming and engaging.

The beach is on one side and shops on the other, and the staff are gorgeous. The band playing tonight, 13/8, was so great. Friendly, low-key place. Hope to come back next year.
