The staff were lovely, the pool was beautiful, and the other guests were really friendly. I’d read comments saying the breakfast choice was limited and that they didn’t serve alcohol, but neither matched what I saw: the menu was extensive, and there was beer in a cooler near where I was sitting. The hotel went beyond what I expected. I forgot to take photos, unfortunately.

The setting is lovely, and it’s very close to the beach and markets. Staff are friendly. There’s no alcohol served, no kettle in the rooms, and the breakfast choices are limited.

We’ve returned here over the past few years, mostly because the staff are wonderful and the service is excellent. It’s a traditional Balinese-style resort tucked down a quiet lane off jalan Kartika Plaza, with lovely gardens, a nice pool, and a very good restaurant. They offer standard, deluxe, and superior rooms.

The staff are warm and welcoming, and the hotel has what you need. Rooms come with the basics: a bed, TV, storage, fridge, and bathroom. There’s breakfast every day, plus a crystal-clear pool.
