Loft Legian Hotel

I’m still here, and honestly, what a disaster. I usually stay at another hotel nearby, but it was full when I tried to book yesterday, so I came here instead. It’s the same type of hotel at the same price, but the cleanliness is far different. The toilet paper they put in the toilet was wet, then dried, so I asked for new paper. A few hours after I went out, I came back and looked in the toilet bowl. It was so dirty I nearly threw up. It seemed like they hadn’t opened the second lid to clean or brush it. Now I’m trying to sleep, but when I opened the blanket, I found yellow spots hidden in the folds. I’m afraid to touch anything and don’t know how I’ll sleep without a blanket. There was also a white splash on the wall, and I don’t know what it was. This is my first stay here and will be my last.

The rooms were small, though the bathrooms were a decent size. WiFi worked well, but the air conditioning wasn’t cold enough. The staff were friendly and caring.

I booked one night because I was arriving very late. Check in was quick and easy, and the staff were very polite. The lift worked, shampoo and body wash were provided, and the room was a nice temperature when I arrived. Water pressure was fantastic, the location was great, and the room was fine for the price. It did the job. I left early, so I can’t comment on breakfast. The bathroom wasn’t completely clean, which is why I didn’t give five stars, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d stay again.

Very bad experience. The staff were rude, and the rooms weren’t good. Don’t stay here, choose another option. There are many good places nearby.
