You wake to birdsong here, even though the lively streets of Legian are only a stone’s throw away. The garden is beautiful and tranquil, with mango trees, papayas, and flowering Frangipani. The pool is lovely too. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning for the hottest days, a great hot shower, and all the amenities you’d expect. Management and staff were friendly and helpful. A relaxing stay and truly worth every penny.

A quiet little gem with a beautiful garden and nice swimming pool. It doesn’t feel like you’re in Kuta at all. The Balinese family who run it are caring, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed, the food was yum, and there are plenty of great places to eat nearby. Highly recommend.

The room I was first given had no hot water, so I asked to move. They then wanted to charge twice the original price for a room with hot water, which felt completely unreasonable. The room also didn’t look like the photos, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable. It left me feeling the hotel cared more about squeezing extra money out of guests than offering basic service. One of my most disappointing stays in a long time.

Absolutely unacceptable. The hotel has spent weeks refusing to process a refund for the unused nights, even though it was clearly confirmed both at the property and through Booking. Since then, there have been no replies or accountability. The room was filthy, uncomfortable, noisy, and nothing like the photos. The staff acted helpful, but it felt superficial. I travel a lot and have never come across such blatant dishonesty from a hotel. If you care about your money, time, or basic respect, stay far away.
