My Villas in Bali

The location is perfect, with everything you might need right on the same street. Our villa was cleaned beautifully every day, and the staff came by to prepare fresh breakfast each morning. Adi was especially helpful and attentive throughout our stay. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

The villas are clean, luxurious, and well looked after, and this is the best place we’ve stayed so far in Bali. Shops, market stalls, and restaurants are all close by. The staff were wonderful and happy to arrange whatever we needed during our stay.

The breakfast was actually quite good, which is why I added a star. I’d originally planned to give one, since this place calls itself a 5-star hotel. The facilities look nice but need repairs or a proper inspection. Water flooded across the floor when I showered in the compartment, the bathtub faucet was broken, and the hot water was too hot to adjust. A cockroach fell out of the toilet pipe when I flushed. The sofa was broken too, so you couldn’t lean on its arm. The staff who welcomed us spoke very little English. I’m not asking for perfect English, but we could hardly communicate.

After planning my Bali trip for 10-months, I finally arrived and was completely disappointed. The toilet was disgusting, yellow, and rusted all around the bottom. It was also loose, so you couldn’t sit on it securely. This isn’t a 5 star Villa, and the pictures are deceptive. I’d share the video and photos if I could.
