There was a constant urine smell in the bathroom, just disgusting. The place was dirty and everything seemed damaged: the walls hadn't been painted in years, there was blood on the bathroom tiles, probably from somebody killing mosquitoes, dirt under the bed, and a destroyed mosquito net, balcony door, electric contact, and bed. Kuta is probably the worst place to visit in Bali, and this is probably the worst place to stay in Kuta.

Okie House Holiday home is just 9 km from Jagatnata Temple, with airport transfer, 24-hour reception, and laundry service. Guests can walk 5 minutes to Kuta Square, Kuta Beach, and Poppies Lane 2. Stakz Bar & Grill, serving European and Asian meals, is within 150 meters. The rooms have free Wi-Fi, an in-room safe, climate control, a wardrobe, and a separate toilet, plus a private bathroom. The location is very strategic, but the bathroom wasn't very good when I stayed, and the water pressure was low.
