Two male staff members kept telling me I had to pay for the stained sheets after I had an unexpected period accident. They repeated, “it’s your blood, not ours.” I understand cleaning fees may apply in some situations, but being dealt with that way was humiliating. There was no privacy or compassion, just judgment. This is a natural, involuntary part of being a woman, and I hope the hotel trains its staff to respond with empathy and respect.

Wayan and the team are friendly, and they’ll sort out any problem without making a fuss. The rooms are kept clean and the facilities are great. I enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
