The sheets and towels were dirty, and the place was really noisy. The windows up high had no curtains, so I couldn’t keep the room dark and never managed to sleep past 8am. The service was horrible for what it cost. Staff were nice, but seemed to try to rip you off for any service you might need. It was way too pricey. Better to pay a bit more for decent quality, or stay in Kuta if you want cheap accommodation.

At first glance it seemed okay, but I came away thinking it was a scam. I needed somewhere near Seminyak at a reasonable price and booked for a couple of days in a hurry. The sheets and towels had blood marks, and I had trouble with bugs on the second night. The shower smelled of sulfur, and the TV only had local channels, which seemed pointless. It was noisy with motorbikes all night, even though the place seemed quiet otherwise. The staff helped fix my motorbike, but took huge tips, which felt like a rip-off. There was no one around at the time. I guess they overprice the rooms so only last-minute guests end up there. Better to stay at an honest backpacker hotel in Kuta for 100k.

A cozy, roomy place with three windows we could open. They cleaned our room every day without us needing to ask.

They were very unfriendly to customers, especially families. They wanted another 100K for an extra bed for our 10-year-old. That’s ridiculous, the bed cost more than half the room price.
