Our junior suite on the third floor was bright, roomy, and lovely, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The hotel is still under construction, though, and the beach road outside is unpaved and gets dusty, especially in dry weather. The air conditioning didn’t cool the room enough. Nearby disco music could be disruptive on weekends, even more than the nearby mosques. There’s no elevator up to the third floor, so expect to take the stairs. Breakfast was fairly standard.

For a cheaper stay in the area, this place is a big step up. The room was clean and new, with working AC, TV, and fridge, and the staff were great. They can arrange motorbike rentals and transport at standard tourist prices. It’s right on the beach and cafes are walkable. If you want a clean room where everything works, this is a great value.

The fourth-floor lookout is a great idea, and the hotel rents scooters for 50K, while in Senggigi they charge 100K. Breakfast is the frustrating part: they charge extra if you order more than one portion. I paid 400K for one night and can’t see why there should be an additional charge.

We had a spacious, clean, comfortable room with a pleasant beach view, and the beach was an easy walk away. The staff were helpful and friendly. The one letdown was the cable TV, which was off, so we couldn’t watch anything.

A lovely little hotel beside the beach, with comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and a green courtyard garden. It costs a bit more than the homestays, but felt worth it. Breakfast could use improvement, though the rest was excellent.
