I stayed at Warrens villas a couple of times before covid and everything was fine. Since then I've stayed twice, and I won't be back. Both times the power ran out, and Warren didn't answer my calls or texts, even after reading the message. The villas are run down and smelly. We were told all his villas had private pools, but the one my adult children stayed in shared a pool with the villa next door, which made them very uncomfortable. From the balcony at villa Sandat, all we could see was rubbish he'd left, making it look like a dump. The pool was nice, and there's an amazing bar down the road called Shooters, with a different owner and wonderful staff. If I could have left zero stars, I would have.

The place was kept clean and well maintained, and had all the amenities we needed: safety boxes in both rooms, TV/DVD, great A/C, extra beds, and a spacious, comfortable open-plan living area. They cleaned the villa six days a week and the pool three times. We were welcomed warmly and really appreciated the airport pickup. The location was just right, quiet enough but still close to everything, and the restaurant/bar at the end of the lane was a nice extra. Having stayed at another of Sunshoot's villas, I expected a lot from Villa Sandat and wasn't disappointed. I couldn't fault it, and enjoyed our stay. Thanks again for another great visit!

The villa looks nothing like the photos. It's old and worn out, and the water smells really bad. We found dead cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen tap is broken, the fridge barely cools, and there's a very strong insect spray smell in the bedroom.

For the price, this is definitely a 5/5 place, an unbeatable, fancy, lavish, beautiful villa. A few simple, inexpensive improvements could polish the finishing details, but they're minor and don't bring it down to a 4/5. Really amazing place!

Sunshoot cafe is just around the corner, with really good food and lovely staff. Warren and Liana made us feel so welcome, and we loved staying in this villa. It felt like home. Such a great experience, and we can't wait to come back.
