The English-speaking staff were welcoming and helpful, and everything in the unit worked smoothly. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable, with pleasant surroundings and a private pool for each unit. The decor is modern, with nice use of natural timber, and the air conditioning worked very efficiently.

Alamin really made our Lombok stay special. He was generous with his time, helpful with recommendations, and went out of his way to help us have an authentic, fun experience. His staff were just as friendly and keen to help. The hotel itself is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and very clean. We'd definitely return.

The breakfast was small, though tasty, and there was only one power outlet in the room. Noise is another issue: roosters had me up before 7am, and there's a mosque and construction nearby. The patio sits beside reception, where lots of locals hang out day and night, so there's little privacy. The owner also wanted cash up front, then wouldn't give me my change for three days. I found the place overpriced and would stay away if possible.

The staff leave you plenty of privacy but are always available when you need something. We booked a villa with a private pool and really loved the little house. Breakfast was very good too, so I wasn't disappointed.
