I was impressed that the team remembered what I liked at breakfast on the following mornings, without me needing to remind anyone. As a vegetarian, I appreciated how Pankaj walked me through the options, made sure there was no cross-contamination, and arranged a fresh dish to order. He went out of his way to prepare breakfast the way we liked it. The service felt personal and sincere, and made my stay special. Highly recommend, especially for vegetarian travelers.

The room on level 5 was spacious, so there was plenty of room for me and my luggage, and the verandah opened straight onto the beautiful infinity pool. I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and the whole experience was amazing. There were lots of staff around, from reception to the cleaners, and they helped with luggage too. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to in English. Breakfast was a favorite, with a huge range of Indonesian, Western, and Indian choices. I’d recommend the hotel and will come back with my family. Hopefully next time there’ll be a microwave in the room, or somewhere easy to reach, so I won’t have to go to the lobby whenever I need to reheat food.

We came away with lovely memories and a lot of appreciation for how the team looked after us. We were celebrating our daughter’s first birthday and our tenth wedding anniversary, and the staff helped organize both occasions with real care. Nothing felt rushed or routine. Ulan, Risma, Feloi and Anggara each helped make the celebrations smooth and memorable. They were attentive, responsive, and calm even when we had small requests or changes. Traveling with family can be unpredictable, but they handled it with quiet professionalism. We had a genuinely wonderful stay at Platinum Hotel Jimbaran and would happily return.

We had a lovely two-night stay and would definitely come back. The room was clean and had a beautiful ocean view, while the pool area was tidy, peaceful, and relaxing. On Fridays and Saturdays there’s salsa, bachata, and kizomba at the rooftop bar, which made for a fun evening. I’ve been traveling for a few months and had really missed dancing, so that was a wonderful surprise. The staff were incredibly kind and chatted with us; Ulan especially took great care of me and is a wonderful soul. The food was delicious too, especially the omelettes chef Angga made for breakfast.
