It’s easy to walk to the important places, even the beach, while staying somewhere quiet away from the Main Street. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the bathroom was nice with a warm shower. One of our best stays so far in Indonesia, and I really recommend it.

We checked in on the night of November 15th, planning to stay for a month and possibly extend if we liked it. The room smelled strongly unpleasant as soon as we walked in. The bed cover was filthy and covered in hair, and the sheets were torn and yellow-stained. The towel by the bathroom looked like it had been repeatedly stepped on in dirty shoes. The bathroom was very unhygienic too, with hair in the toilet and a wet floor. When we complained, the staff member brushed us off and said the cleaning had been done by someone else, so it wasn’t their responsibility. We left that same night and checked into another hotel. Since then, no one has contacted us or shown concern. We asked for the person in charge’s contact information, but the staff couldn’t provide it. This was completely unacceptable, and we expect the matter to be resolved immediately.

I’d choose this place over the two other hotels we stayed at. Both cost more, but this one was the best. The staff were nice, the room was clean and well-maintained, and there was a hot shower. The A/C got very cold and the TV worked too. It’s quiet and close to the beach. For such an affordable price, it was a really nice place to stay. I’d highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

The location is the best part, very close to Kuta/Legian beach. The room was clean, had the basic amenities, and the bed was comfortable. For the price, the stay was pretty nice. I’d recommend it if you’ll be spending most of your days out.
