I had a comfortable, big bed and the aircon worked well. The pillows weren't great, though. The place is lovely for a one-night stop near the airport. Staff were all very nice, waiting for me until I arrived at 11:30pm, and they even offered breakfast when I got there, earlier than the stated time.

A lovely little spot for a night before a flight, and we could walk to the airport. The bathroom smelled bad, though, and it was noisy all night: dogs barking, then a ceremony at 4:30am.

Being around all the cats and dogs was a treat, though the dogs barking at awful hours was less fun. It's near the airport, has aircon, a decent breakfast, and a handy fridge in the room. The bathroom needs work: limescale in the toilets, an open drainpipe on the floor by the sink, and towels that smelled a bit.

I was glad I stayed here, despite the bad reviews. The staff were very friendly and tried to help with everything. The room had fresh bedding and towels, plus a TV and AC. My flight was very late, so I checked out at midnight and asked to leave my bags at the B&B. They found my things, and let me shower in an empty room before I went to the airport. There is a mosque nearby, but that's common in Bali and Lombok, so you have to get used to it. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's very close to the airport and easy to reach on foot or by Grab. I'd come back.
