For the price, this is worth considering if you mainly need a place to sleep and have breakfast. The restaurant and lobby staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast didn't have much choice, but that's normal for a budget hotel, and the food was okay. I was impressed that they could make a proper sunny-side-up egg. It's tucked down an alley, so the hotel was quiet, and walking around Kuta was convenient. Since it wasn't peak season, coming and going was easy. I was in room 218, a little farther from the elevator, which suited me because fewer people passed the door. The room was decent, neither big nor small. The floor color made it feel gloomy even with enough lighting. The TV and Wi-Fi worked fine. The bathroom smelled a little damp, and so did the dry towels. The hot shower worked, but there was nowhere to put my own soap and shampoo nearby, so I had to leave them by the sink. The main issue was after I asked for cleaning on the morning of my second day. When I returned that afternoon, the room had been cleaned but the door was standing wide open with no staff around. Nothing was missing, fortunately, but that's a serious lapse. Please pay attention next time. I do think it was probably a fluke. One other thing: a group of local tourists arrived when I did, and some smoked in the semi-outdoor lobby. Maybe smoking is allowed there, but it made the lobby smell and felt unhealthy. Please reconsider that.

We're a family from Malaysia staying for three days, and so far we've been happy with the experience. The location makes it easy to get around, and the room is clean, comfortable, and well kept. Staff are polite, really friendly, and ready to help whenever we need them. We'd consider staying here again ❤️

We’ve been here a week, and I haven't felt this welcome at a hotel before. Every staff member has been kind and gone out of their way to make our stay comfortable. One of them even picked me up from the airport, which was amazing service. The rooms are very clean and cleaned every day. If I come back to Kuta, I'll definitely book here again!

It was the off season, so the place was quiet and calm. The restaurant food was excellent, whether à la carte or buffet, and the service was impeccable. The staff were courteous, polite, and helpful.
