The staff, especially Riyan,Putu and Gade, were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my five-day stay. The services were excellent and made things comfortable. The rooms were neat and clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant. It’s an affordable hotel, with food and drinks priced reasonably compared with other places. A great choice for budget travelers, highly recommended.

We booked a room advertised with a pool view and a private terrace, but it had neither a pool view nor a private terrace. It wasn’t peaceful either, with someone playing very loud music for most of the day.

The staff are always friendly and courteous, and it’s quiet here ATM with plenty of hotel choices around. Still, this is my second stay, and I came for the pool and location. It was so hot, and the pool was exactly what I wanted, but it had been drained for leak repairs. We should have been told and given the option to switch hotels. I’d appreciate a partial refund from Agoda, though I doubt that will happen. If they hadn’t taken payment in advance for all 5 nights, I would have changed hotels.

The room felt comfortable and homey, with very clean linen and AC that worked really well. I also used the pool. It’s small but quite deep. The building isn’t new, and it sits behind a bar. Car access is super narrow, but the location was still very convenient for me.

The restaurant right in front of the hotel served amazing food. Our room was clean, spacious and nice, with cable TV and a fridge. The staff were excellent and always smiling. It was a great place to stay.
