I spent about 25 days at this wonderful hotel, and the staff were always kind and went out of their way to help with anything I needed. A very sweet woman runs the hotel. She’s always smiling and so friendly. The location is close to everything, with anything you need nearby. If I return to Bali, I don’t think I could stay anywhere else. Special greetings to Mr. Ex, the security guard and my dear friend! 🫡🫡🫡

The location made it easy to explore the area, and the rooms were cleaned very well every day. You won’t find better value for money in Bali. The staff, especially the owner, were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and made me feel right at home. I had an incredible stay and will come back every time I visit. Can’t wait to see you again! -Papa, Mama and baby.

The owners were wonderful and went out of their way to help us. Our room was clean and tidied every day, and the stay felt safe and very relaxing. There's a little Quicki Mart down the street, and Nakula Street is a short walk away, with plenty of places to eat. Legion Street takes around 10-15 minutes on foot, with lots to see along the way. Laundry can be arranged too. We loved our January 24 stay at Agung Residence, miss it, and will definitely be back in 2025 ❤️

The staff were nice and the hotel felt safe. It’s a budget place, so you get what you pay for, though I had a few minor mishaps and no major complaints. Just a heads up, don’t leave your bath towels on the floor. If cigarette smoke bothers you, this may not suit you, since the room smells like an ashtray once the air conditioning is off.
