The rooftop pool and bar were the best part for us. The staff up there were so welcoming, and we had some great conversations. The hotel is also in a handy spot, with restaurants and shops or markets around it and the beach about a five-minute walk away. It was very cheap for an emergency stay, but I’m not sure I’d come back. The room itself was just average. The first bedding had food stains and hair under the sheets. It took over an hour after I asked for a change, and the replacement still had hair, makeup stains, and what looked like blood on it. The towels were stained too. The aircon got very cold, but the TV was tiny, wasn’t the flat screen advertised, had limited channels, and couldn’t connect to Netflix or my phone. The bathroom layout felt odd, with the sink in the bedroom, and the hot water took ages to warm up. The elevator was slow, and there were loose tiles and baked beans by our floor’s door. Room service wasn’t very good and felt overpriced. The staff were nice, though.

Getting to food and shops was easy, and I’d stay here again. The staff were amazing and the service was great. We liked the rooftop pool, and though we only used the main pool once, it was nice and refreshing. The rooms were basic but clean, with good A/C and WiFi. My only gripe was that there weren’t any hooks for hanging things.

Getting around and seeing nearby places was easy from the convenient location. We felt welcome throughout, thanks to the very friendly, polite staff who were ready to help, and the service was excellent from check-in through check-out. Our room was spacious and cozy, with what we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and clearly well maintained. Akamni Hotel gave us good comfort and service for the price. I’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone wanting a pleasant, stress-free stay. 😊

We had a really comfortable stay and loved the hotel. The staff were welcoming, and whenever something broke or wasn’t working, help arrived right away. If we come back to Kuta, Bali, we’ll definitely stay here again.

The rooftop sundowner bar was a great place to unwind and take in the views, and the two pools were lovely for relaxing. We also got a good discount on food, which added value to the stay. It was easy to get around from this prime location, with everything I needed close by. The staff were friendly, and Indri and Gayatri especially stood out for their courteous manner and warm hospitality. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back.
