The kitchen cabinets are moldy and smell bad, and the villa looks much nicer from a distance than up close. The staff are lovely, and Tia especially really tries to help whenever she can. Only book if electricity is included in the price. The reception building shared the same electricity box as our villa, so we unknowingly ended up paying a lot for electricity while their reception AC was left running. They blamed the pool, but I don't believe that explanation: the electricity kept being used even when we turned the pool off or weren't staying there.

The staff were very kind and always willing to help with any request or problem. Five stars for them, they deserve a pay rise. The stay itself was awful. My girlfriend and I spent all seven nights in villa 1 getting eaten alive by mosquitoes. The bedroom doors in the main villa weren't properly made or sealed, so mosquitoes and other bugs kept getting inside. They also came through small gaps in the walls and doors and through the ceiling fan. The bathroom was badly built, uncomfortable, and constantly full of mosquitoes. We had several problems with the hot water, and the TV didn't work properly. When we arrived, the shower water smelled horrible, like sewage, and the stink filled the villa so badly I nearly threw up.
