Being so close to Double Six Beach was a plus, and the room was spacious. But the apartment I was given felt damp and unsanitary, and after one night I was covered in hives from what seemed to be pest bites. I’d booked for a few days but left after that first night. The furnishings and equipment are dated and need updating. Be careful choosing a room, since the pictures don’t show what it’s really like. 😈

I’m really disappointed. I thought this was under the same management as Vasa Hotel and was looking forward to it, but one of the room photos they posted is actually from Vasa Hotel Surabaya, a 5-star hotel in Surabaya. Posting a room that isn’t part of their property feels like a scam. If you’re going to mislead people, at least don’t use someone else’s property photos. 🙄
