A scooter makes the location less of an issue, but without one it’s a bit far from both the city center and the beach. The hotel itself is nice for the price, with friendly staff. Breakfast was poor.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed, so it felt like good value. Booking through Airy also got us a complimentary box of snacks. The hot water wasn’t very hot, though, and some repairs were going on during my visit, which made mornings a little noisy.

We were lucky to get a nice, roomy suite with a clean bathroom. It had a sofa bed where my brother could sleep, so my parents could rest after a tiring day. Getting to the airport took just 5-10 minutes in the morning.

I’ve never stayed in a worse room, not even at a bed and breakfast. The small alley location didn’t bother me, and the front office staff were friendly and helpful. But having to climb the stairs to the third floor because there’s no lift was already annoying, especially with a place calling itself “Suites.” Then I found the door’s computer lock was broken and the replacement looked ugly, like something meant to prevent vandalism. It was after 10 pm when I opened the door, and the hot air hit me like an oven. There were no windows I could open, and the AC didn’t work, so I spent the night suffocating. My flight was at 6 am, at least, so I didn’t have to stay longer. The bathroom was just as hot, the water smelled, and the towels were already gray. I used mineral water just to wash my face. The place clearly wasn’t maintained: the walls were moldy and the mini bar wasn’t cold. It didn’t deserve a single star.
