There are some nice restaurants an easy walk away, and the villa has a good sitting area. The beds are really big and comfortable. The pool is nice, though cold, and it leaks. The shower works well but could be better. At night the lane is very dark, with no lights, but the friendly security guard is there from 6 pm to 6 am to look after you. Too many people have keys and can just walk in whenever they want. It's a decent place and I enjoyed my stay, though a few things need adjusting.

I liked the villa's decor and the long pool, but the place feels a little old and could use a makeover. The bathroom taps have very little water pressure, there's no bathtub, and there's no handheld shower. One bedroom door was faulty, hard to open and unable to lock. The villa is down an alley that cabs can't drive into, so you have to walk in. Breakfast was only provided on the first day, though Seminyak has plenty of breakfast spots and good coffee.
