The staff really made our stay. Winda and Ari were lovely and helpful, coordinating breakfast and cleaning times with us each day while taking turns being on call. Kadek greeted us with a smile each morning and looked after the property, including the garden and pool. Ardy, the property manager, checked in regularly, welcomed feedback, and was quick to help. When my son got Bali Belly, he connected us with doctors, found us a good dentist, and suggested Cafe Michiko, where we had one of our favourite meals. Mention Ardi if you go there. Villa Kaja is beautifully decorated in Balinese style, with a generous pool, comfortable beds, and cool bedrooms. It's also handily placed near massage salons, shops, Bintang supermarket, a Gojek pickup point, and ATMs. I was sorry to leave. We booked ten days and wished we'd stayed the full two weeks. I'll definitely return and highly recommend Villa Kaja.
