The villa looks much like the photos online, and they have cold filtered water, which is handy. I only stayed two nights, but really enjoyed it. It’s on a quiet lane off the main road, quieter than my villa in out-of-town Ubud. There are big bedrooms and bathrooms, a large seating area, plus lovely gardens and a pool. Some great places to eat are a short walk away, especially Kilo restaurant, which is great any time of day. The beach takes about 15-20 minutes to reach on foot. I’d definitely recommend it.

We were looked after so well, especially by Lita and Komang. You were both professional, kind, and helpful, thank you. Villa Kiran 1 is a great Seminyak stay for two couples or a family. Our villa felt private and was very clean, and the pool was fantastic. The staff were amazing. We’d definitely like to stay again, and highly recommend Villa Kiran 1 Seminyak.

The location worked perfectly for us. It’s in central Seminyak but away from the crowded area, near La Favela and Mexicola. The bedrooms were very clean and the pool was great. The kitchen had more than I expected, with a full set of equipment including a rice cooker, chopper, pots, and coffee maker. Big thanks to the maid, Mba Elok, for her kind and excellent service. It was really worth the price, and we’ll definitely be back soon. :)

The garden and pool are spacious, and the atmosphere is cozy. This is one of the best villas I’ve stayed at in Bali so far, and the location was perfect. Miss Elok, who works there, was so helpful and made our staycation great. Loved her breakfast and homemade fresh smoothies. Thanks again 🙏

La Favela, one of our favorite party spots, is within walking distance, and Seminyak beach is close too. We loved staying in this beautiful modern villa. It was really neat and clean, and Mbak Elok was so kind and helpful. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much!
