We felt at home as soon as we arrived, and the host was so welcoming and made sure we had what we needed. The private pool was a lovely place to relax and take in the view. The villa was beautifully decorated, and the location was close to local attractions and amenities. We had an incredible stay and can’t wait to come back! 5/5 stars!
Breakfast was our favorite part, with lots of choices, lovely presentation, and delicious, high-quality food. Villa Dandelion also has a handy location, just a few minutes from the beautiful beach. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything. Thanks for a great holiday in bali.
The manager Ardana was especially responsive and answered all our questions. We had a great stay in clean, comfortable, well-kept accommodation, and the staff were friendly, professional, and willing to help. We’d gladly return and recommend the villa. ⭐️
We stayed at Dandelion Villa for 15 days with my partner and our one-year-old. The villa had spacious, well-designed rooms and enough amenities, and the service team were kind and helpful throughout, especially Titis. When our baby got sick, they quickly arranged an on-call doctor, which we really appreciated. The problems started soon after arrival. We checked in after midnight, and by about 3 a.m. there was no water from the tap. They worked on it until around lunchtime the next day. We were offered water at another villa, which was a reasonable fix but inconvenient with a baby. Our bedroom in Villa 07 also smelled bad from the bathroom sewage from day one, and the odor got stronger when it rained. I told Villa Manager Leo, but the solution was an automatic scented spray. It covered the smell somewhat, but we could still smell it. Two days into the stay, the toilet clogged and water rose to the brim. They fixed it quickly, but it was still a hassle. A few days before we left, the electricity went off in the middle of the night and woke us all as the room suddenly became warm. I understand the outage wasn’t the villa’s fault, but what followed was frustrating. Power returned after a few minutes, and the next day we found the pool wasn’t working, the water level was low, and the filter had stopped. Despite regularly following up with Leo and his team, it took three days to fix. They said a timer would start the filter at 7 a.m. the next day, but it didn’t, so I had to call again and ask them to switch it on manually shortly before we used it. Leo wasn’t around to oversee the progress. The pool was only fixed the day before we left. That was the last straw. After I spoke with Leo, he offered to drive us to the airport as an apology for the pool problem. I told him we needed to leave at 5 p.m. for our flight. At five minutes to five the next day, I called him, but he wasn’t at the villa and only then told his staff to get us a taxi. It arrived 20 minutes later, although Leo had said it would take 5-10 minutes. We were stressed and unsure we’d catch the flight. The taxi was in poor condition, warm and not well maintained, but we had no choice but to take it. I raised these issues with the CEO, explaining that the problems had cost us nearly four days of what we paid for, besides the stress and inconvenience. We never received a response.
Private and comfortable, with friendly staff, good hospitality, and good management. We had a very good stay, and it seems worth it for a honeymoon. You’d want to stay longer than a day to enjoy the facilities properly. Just be aware that the swimming pool is deep. Mr & Mrs Vikneshwaran
