La Belle Etoile Hotel

The calm, welcoming feel made Hôtel La Belle Étoile a lovely place to relax while exploring Labuan Bajo. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, some of the nicest people we’ve met. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with fresh ingredients and a beautiful setting. We’d definitely stay again! 🌿☀️

Armin and his Team are kind and attentive, and the hotel is a good affordable option in Labuan Bajo. The rooms are very clean, the beds comfortable, and breakfast is good. The team is always working to keep every corner spotless. They also arrange laundry, and the service did a good job at a fair price. Recommended!!! Thanks, guys 🙏

This was my favorite place out of the several I’ve tried around Labuan Bajo. It’s calm and beautiful, though you’ll want a scooter. The location is about 8 minutes by scooter from the center, along a lovely quiet road. The hotel gardens are lush, the trees keep things peaceful, and I loved hearing birds in the morning. I slept really well. The staff and manager André were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and they even swapped the usual rice for potatoes when I asked because of my gluten intolerance. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, clean, and cleaned daily. The shower had great pressure and always had hot water. I stayed for two weeks and changed rooms twice because I kept extending at the last minute. Everyone helped me out, and all the rooms were great. André also helped arrange a scooter rental and offered a better helmet when the rental company’s was too big. I’m very grateful and can definitely recommend it.

The staff were great, and they had breakfast ready right at 7am for our early flight. The hotel is cheap but well maintained, with large, clean rooms. It’s about a 15-minute drive from the city center, and the rooms don’t have a view, so I’d definitely get a scooter if you stay here. There’s a mosque, church, or monastery nearby that broadcasts morning prayers or singing at 4:30am. It was very loud, and as a light sleeper, I would have liked to know beforehand so I could bring earplugs.
