The hospitality was nice, though a few of the hot water showers weren't working properly.

There's a restaurant on the first floor with plenty of choices, fair prices, and good tasting food. The hotel itself was clean and the staff helpful. We were given fried rice for breakfast; it tasted okay, but could definitely be better. If you're driving, basement parking is at the back.

The room was dusty, with lots of hair on the floor. I wanted to sweep as soon as I walked in. The photo may not show it clearly, but it really was dusty. The doorknob was broken, the AC remote only partly worked, and even the tissue box was broken. I booked a room with dinner included, but there were only three choices: Nasi Goreng, Ayam Goreng, or Lele Goreng. For me, this definitely doesn't feel like a three or four star hotel.

The pool, breakfast, and Wi-Fi were good. Room 123 is close to the restaurant, which makes it easy to get there, but in the evening you can hear karaoke from the room.

It’s an old four star hotel on Jalan Lintas Sumatra, near the market and lots of shops in Lubuk Linggau. There are only four floors, with karaoke on the third. Breakfast is available and tastes average. Cleanliness is average too, and Wi-Fi is available.
