The room was adequate, but I found the price hard to justify. There was no air conditioning, Wi-Fi, or free towel, and we got just one bottle of drinking water. It was also tricky to spot the homestay because there’s no OYO ROOMS sign out front. The owner couldn’t verify the payments users had made, which felt unprofessional. For that rate, I’d say RedDoorz is much better value.

There’s no receptionist, and the booking process is SO COMPLICATED. When I asked about reservations made through different apps, the owner said they had never advertised there. This felt more like renting a room than staying at a homestay. The listing description and service both need to be clearer and better.

This is a sharia homestay. A man and a woman sharing a room need to show a marriage certificate or ID cards with the same address. God willing, our stay will be blessed. Amen.
