It's a very affordable place for two, with a guesthouse feel, tucked down an alley off Jalan Sunggal on Jalan Sepakat. Mie Aceh Titi Bobrok is just a short walk away, though several other food spots are a bit farther. For the best prices, try booking between 7 and 9 PM, and make the reservation well ahead of time.

The room had all the equipment and supplies needed, and the service was good. The staff were friendly, check-in was quick, and there weren't many bothersome rules. Airy medan sunggal feels like a hotel-style boarding house or B&B, on jalan sei kapuas medan sunggal. It's fairly well placed, not far from central Medan, with several malls nearby for shopping. Mie aceh titi bobrok, known for being delicious, is also close by.

The place is clean and the facilities are adequate. I found popular Mie Aceh Titi Bobrok right behind it, though other popular restaurants are quite a distance away, and even Alfamart takes about a five-minute walk to reach. Several ATMs are nearby, including BRI, BNI, and Mandiri.
