The manager was really nice and helpful, and the rooftop view was great. Our wooden room outside had a nice bed and new sheets, but there was no AC, just a fan. The real problem was the construction right beside the camp. Loud work started at 7:30 on Sunday morning, directly outside the window, so we couldn’t keep sleeping. Our stuff kindly asked the workers to be quiet, but it didn’t help. If you’re not an early riser, I wouldn’t recommend the wooden room. Maybe the main building is better. The place is nice for the price.

We had a good time here, and the restaurant is right by the beach. The pancakes with honey were delicious. We booked eight rooms as a group. Four people shared two upstairs rooms with AC. They were fine, though the beds looked old. The bathrooms were outside, with a sink for washing eating utensils, and there was also an outdoor bathtub. A friend stayed in one wooden room. It was pretty cute, with an attached, open-air style bathroom. The photo shows the room from outside, and the bathroom photo on this page was posted by someone else. The other nine of us stayed in five rooms in the three-story building. There was no AC, but it got quite cool at night. We were there during Nyepi, and it poured all day. Rain leaked in at several spots. There were no staff around, so I had to dry my room myself. Luckily, the water hadn’t reached my things, even though I’d left them on the floor, which got wet. A table in the non-AC room would have helped me worry less. The view was really nice and the price was super cheap. I’d have given it five stars if it hadn’t rained, but the leaks made it feel more like three, so I settled on four. I’d suggest the owner replace the beds in the AC rooms, perhaps with nicer colors, since the blue bed looked old and unappealing. A better stove would help too, along with a table in the non-AC rooms. Thank you.

The location at Anara is great, and the hostess was really friendly. It’s a one-minute walk to the beach. The bed was comfy, the mosquito net was good, and everything was very clean. Had an amazing stay!

It’s a nice place to stay, set back from the busy road in a quiet, nature-filled area. There are good views of the beach, rice fields, and mountains, and it’s only a two-minute walk to the beach. There’s a surf spot nearby, plus a warung/cafe on the beach where you can order food and drinks. The staff and service were good. They rent surfboards and motorbikes and can arrange a shuttle, just ask and they’ll help.

This place has only recently opened, and it’s run by some of the friendliest people you could meet. They helped me plan my dive trip to pemuteran and found me a good price. Five-star hospitality!
