The staff were the best part of my stay. Everyone was polite, friendly, and helpful, and I’ll remember how kind and welcoming people in Bali are. The rooms themselves felt unclean and uncomfortable. There were lots of insects and bugs inside, the furniture looked old and wasn’t properly maintained or cleaned, and the property overall seemed poorly kept. I didn’t enjoy staying here.

Getting to the sights from here can cost a bit more since the location is quite far out. Still, the service was amazing. They really went the extra mile to look after guests and make sure we were happy.

A lovely little hotel, run by kind owners. The dinner was amazing and the service was quick and caring. Breakfast was just so-so. The pool is salt water, which I suppose makes sense when fresh water is hard to get. Still, it felt like good value for the money.

What stood out most was how kind the staff were. They were always smiling and could brighten your day. When we were on the way to the port, the driver got a call that my brother had left something in his room, so they sent someone on a scooter to bring it to us. They were incredibly thoughtful. The food was also really good, from breakfast through dinner, including the fruit and drinks. Scooter hire and snorkeling trips were available at affordable prices. We stayed on the eastern side, which is peaceful but a bit far from restaurants. With a scooter, you can get around easily. The houses all have amazing views. We started in a basic house, which was simple but had what we needed, with effective AC and a very comfortable bed. Later we moved to one with a bathtub, which was lovely too. I wish we'd stayed longer and would absolutely come back.
