La Village Hill View

There were at least a hundred ants in our room, and it smelled unpleasant. We found more ants and what looked like gecko droppings under the wardrobe and nightstands. The replacement room was worse: behind the wardrobe were the decomposing remains of what seemed to be a mouse or rat, apparently rotting there for a long time. We left immediately. Because we hadn’t booked directly, the hotel refused compensation and said it was our problem. We got no refund and left disgusted and shivering from the experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else.

The owner was very kind and always ready to help, and the staff were kind and helpful too. Fresh food was always available at the delicious restaurant. The room was beautiful and clean, with a large, clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. They provided tea, coffee, and cold water, and there was hot water as well. Cleaning was done daily. Air conditioning was included, though the temperature there was so nice I didn’t need it. It’s in the middle of the island, making the famous places easy to reach. I’d stay again!

The room was cozy and quiet, and the pool was amazing. It feels like a hidden gem up the mountain, with great service. I’d highly recommend coming here. My stay gets 10 out of 5 stars!

The room was neat and cozy, and the view from it was priceless. They also have amazing food, especially the chicken fried rice, which was awesome. And the pool is amazing too.
