The service felt homely. Everyone was kind and helpful, and they did their best to sort out whatever we needed, from a scooter to ferry tickets or a taxi. They also served a simple but delicious breakfast. The room was a little old, but it worked fine for sleeping, showering, and resting since we were out all day. Location gets 5/5: it’s in the middle of the island, handy for reaching the tourist spots, with mountain views and eating places and convenience stores nearby.

The owner’s family are humble and very supportive, and they can arrange a scooter or taxi. Breakfast was the best. The cottage is cozy and comfortable, and its central location makes it easy to get to all the attractions. My husband and I stayed three days and had an amazing, peaceful, relaxed time.
