The cleaning team tried to help, but it didn’t solve the problems, and their next-day cleaning after we arrived didn’t undo the first impression. The villa looks new and nice, but be ready for surprises. It was terribly dirty when we moved in, from the toilets to the kitchen cabinets. It’s clear the owner isn’t involved. The towels for body and face were old and washed out, with a cheap, pungent powder smell. The bedding was also the cheapest quality, and the pillows weren’t comfortable. For this kind of money, that’s not acceptable. There was no kettle for tea, basic coffee machine, or clothes dryer. The kitchen knives were worn out and didn’t cut well. Shower gel and shampoo of unknown origin were poured into shared dispensers. Unknown insects were all over the villa. The dressing rooms are in the bathrooms, where it’s dark and damp, so the wooden cabinets were covered with white mold inside. I was afraid to hang my clothes there, and they stayed in my suitcase for the whole month.

We stayed from 21st to 25th dec and really enjoyed it. The villa was clean, new, and fresh. There was a project going on in the neighborhood, but it wasn’t too bad. Keep up the good work, staff, and sukses terus.

They overbooked the service, so we had to cancel at the last minute even though we really didn't want to. They wouldn't give us a refund either.

The staff are friendly and the rooms get cleaned every day. There are cafes and restaurants nearby too.
