It’s easy to find food and convenience stores nearby, with plenty within walking distance. The location is a real plus. The room was clean, roomy, and comfortable, and the hotel seemed well maintained. The service was excellent throughout, especially from the security staff. The guard was genuinely welcoming and friendly each time I came in or went out, which made a great first impression. I’d recommend staying here and would be glad to return.

The area was clean, the service was good, and they were flexible with check-in time. It’s close to the shopping area and street food, so it’s a good place to stay. Recommended.

The common areas were clean, breakfast had plenty of options, and the staff were helpful and nice. But the rooms weren’t well maintained, the bathroom was mouldy, and there was no hot water.

There are lots of food options nearby, and the location is very convenient. I always stay here when I’m in Pontianak, since the rooms are quite big and comfortable. Some receptionists could be friendlier. I’ve booked a non-smoking double room twice, but both times those rooms had sold out. I was given a smoking room with special treatment to deal with the smoke smell.
