Penginapan Bromo Lovero By Zuzu

The AC wasn’t cold, and with my husband and our three children sharing the double bed, the room got really hot at night. My child kept crying from the heat. Please fix the AC. I’d also suggest adding a television so guests have something to watch while they’re in the room, even if this place is mainly a stopover for Bromo trips. We stayed on the ground floor after a Bromo travel agency recommended the place. The bed was okay, and both the spacious room and bathroom were acceptable. Service was okay too, but there seemed to be a language barrier. They didn’t understand my questions and were slow to respond. Thank you.

We were stuck for hours because another car was blocking ours, and the staff couldn’t offer a clear solution. They should remind guests to leave their keys at the front desk so cars can be moved when someone needs to leave. We were just left waiting. 👎🏻

Bromo Lovero Inn is one of the inns near Bromo, coming from Pebobolingo. It has several rooms, and they’re fairly comfortable with AC. There’s no TV, though, and the hot water doesn’t work.

The room was okay, but it was really noisy. The motorbikes seemed to get louder at night, and I kept getting startled.
