Serene Villas Bali

Our group of six had a great time in the Garden Villa, which was the biggest place we stayed and had loads of space. The beds were well made, breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and the team even arranged an on-site massage when we asked. Putu, the manager, got in touch well before I landed in Bali, and communication was clear and quick. Putu, Cipta, and the whole team looked after us so well. The staff spoke English and were extremely friendly. Would I return? Definitely yes.

Surya, our housekeeper and chef, made everything easy and couldn’t have been more helpful. The villas are well cared for, with shops and other amenities close by. We found it good value for the price and would happily recommend it.

The staff were lovely and willing to help with anything. Our butler, Sumi, deserves a special mention. She made an amazing breakfast each morning and put together a beautiful floating breakfast, complete with handmade floral crowns for the ladies. The garden was kept in great shape, and we loved the pool. Acacia was beautiful, and its location made it easy to get around Seminyak, with lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. We had the best week here. Highly recommend Serene Villas, you won’t be disappointed.

Adi made getting around enjoyable, always prompt and professional, with a friendly manner and local insights. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable on our trips. Wewin was just as lovely, paying close attention to what we needed and always helping with a smile. The villa was clean, comfortable, and beautiful, a relaxing place to stay. We had a fantastic time at Serene Villas, and the staff made it memorable. Highly recommend.
