I'm staying here now and feel at home. The location and boarding house suit me, it's worth the price, and the landlady is kind and quick to respond when there's an issue.

Good value with plenty of amenities. The rooms have AC, a water dispenser, TV, dining table, en suite bathroom, and there's a fully equipped kitchen. It's comfortable and clean, with no cigarette smell. The automatic locks mean you don't have to worry about losing or misplacing keys.

A spacious garage and a clean, safe, roomy place make this convenient for families. It's close to the city center, campus, and tourist attractions, so it works well for a graduation stay or vacation.

The owner is very friendly to visitors, and the place feels comfortable, with simple but classy luxury. The automatic gate and door locks use hotel class cards. It's close to the city.

Close to major campuses, so it works as a cheap place for a family visiting for graduation. The accommodation is comfortable and clean, and the location is very strategic.
