Hotel 99 Sumbawa

The room was clean, tidy, and smelled fresh. The hotel seems new, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. They even arranged my COVID-19 test. Being across from the airport makes it handy for a transit stop or a business trip. Recommended.

We were glad to have a quiet rest day at Hotel 99. Other places farther down were full, so it worked out well that we came here. We’d thought it was closed because of the construction, but couldn’t make sense of the Indonesian signs. The staff welcomed us warmly, were very helpful, and spoke great English. Our clean room had everything we needed, and in the morning they brought a huge breakfast right to the room. Thank you!

For 280k a night through the Travel** app, this was a good room, and the renovation at the front didn’t bother me. The toilet was clean, and I didn’t notice any cigarette smell, which was a plus. Mine did have a cracked window, though, and the shower was a bit broken. I hope they can fix those.

The hotel is less than a minute’s walk from the airport. Everything was clean and neat, and the manager and crew were humble, kind, helpful, and gave good service. Loved it.
