I wish there were a zero rating. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were nearly flat, while the sheets and towels were dirty and smelled really bad. I found fleas and bugs, and webs in the room corners and on the walls. The walls, bathroom, and room were dirty, dusty, and damp. There was no window or toilet paper, and no sink in the WC. The toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. No hot water came from the shower, which looked like one in a jail. The Google photos were completely misleading. This place was filthy and disgusting.

It’s a good place, though the service needs to be more professional.

The room was dirty and the AC was useless, like being in an oven. Service was slow, and I waited for someone to come repair the AC, but nobody showed up. I couldn’t get a refund, and collecting my deposit took a long time too.

The lighting is so dim that the room feels almost mystical. My mattress springs were broken and poked into me, leaving me sore every morning. The pillows were crushed too, and shouldn’t be given to guests like that. If the TV remote is missing, at least make sure the buttons on the TV work.

My wife and sister wanted to move as soon as we saw the room, and we had to relocate right in front of Neo Hotel. We’d booked two rooms for two nights and took the Bagua photo, but the rooms were dirty and dusty, with a filthy toilet and a cigarette smell. The place was dark and felt like a horror movie, and the people were very unfriendly. Please don’t stay here, I’m sure you’ll regret it.
