The service was rubbish. They were rude and bothered people. The TV was supposedly repaired, but still didn’t work. Checkout was meant to be at 12, yet they took our things without permission. When we went to retrieve them, the person acted busy and disappeared somewhere.

I’d booked through Agoda, but when I checked, the property said it had stopped taking online bookings and hadn’t worked with them for a year. Agoda confirmed this when I contacted them. In the end, I got a full refund.

The rent may be cheap, but the deposit is almost as much as the room. That’s unreasonable and makes no sense.

This place no longer works with any lodge apps. We contacted everyone involved, but got no clear answer about a refund. I really wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The owner wouldn’t take responsibility and said he no longer worked with Oyo, even though the place was still listed on both the Agoda and Oyo apps.
