From 23 April to 2 May, I stayed here for my first Bali visit. I’d been worried about hotels in Bali, but once I arrived, all those concerns disappeared. The AC worked perfectly, there were no insects, and the service was great. The cafeteria was open 24 hours, too. The location was convenient for walking to restaurants, and the beach was only about 8 minutes away. I didn’t visit Finns several times, but I think it would be hard to find a better located hotel if you want to go there. It’s close by, yet quiet at night. I also signed up for a gym about a 10-minute walk away. The parking lot and wide pickup point made using Grab or Gojek easy, and were handy when arriving and leaving. Breakfast was a treat: I could tell the “Egg chef” how I wanted my fried egg, omelet, or scramble, and they made it for me. It was delicious, and I was grateful for it every morning. The rooftop pool has sunbeds for lounging and swimming, with a pretty good view at night. The hotel crews will bring you the stars if you ask. I loved their smiles and greetings morning, afternoon, and evening. Thanks to CoA D, my time in Canggu was perfect. I’ll see you again if I visit Canggu.

The front office team made us feel so welcome, and Dwik and Fajar shared so much kindness with us. The staff were hardworking and so lovely, they melted my heart. I love Balinese culture and the people, and the team made our trip especially memorable. We had a great two-night stay at Koa'D Surfer, from 30th March to 1st April. The room was very clean and had a great balcony. We’ll definitely come back 💖

I normally stay around Ubud, but I’m glad I tried Canggu and picked this hotel. It made a smashing base, with great rooms and a lovely atmosphere. Fajar at reception really made the stay, especially as a first-time Canggu traveller. I needed quite a few pointers, and he was incredibly helpful, sorted things out quickly, and gave brilliant tips. He was pure sound. I’d say get yourself booked in!

The location is really good, with beach clubs about 5 minutes away and a convenience store right across the street. There’s a rooftop swimming pool, too. This was my second time here, and the renovations are a very good improvement. The room was clean and in good condition, and the staff were very friendly.

Dawi and Helyin greeted us warmly and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. They were especially kind and helpful, and really stood out. Koa D’Surfer Hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was a wonderful experience. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
