The hotel is handy for town and the markets, and the showers have hot water. Breakfast was OK, and the staff were lovely and did their best. But the rooms are large, dark, and damp, and the place feels worn out. Many rooms are no longer operating, while some upstairs rooms seem to be for permanent residents. At 275K or 350K, they feel expensive for what you get. There were also loose toilet seats and clogged drains. The staff tried, but repairs didn’t seem to be their strong point.

You get a big room and plenty of parking for a reasonable price. There’s hot water, a water dispenser, and you can make your own coffee. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning, which is nice. Cleanliness could be better, though, and the towels are too small. The standard room also has no TV channels.

The room was quiet, comfortable, and actually quite large, and there’s a nice lounge where you can relax or get some work done. Staff were respectful and friendly, and the service was good. They offer free coffee and tea around the clock. We’d be happy to stay again. There was a question about needing proof of marriage, such as a marriage certificate or KK, but we didn’t have any documents with us. The receptionist was understanding about it, and we really enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast and service were decent, but I couldn’t sleep. The room was dark and a little dirty, and music from outside was really loud and kept bothering me late into the night.

The soft Christmas music around the hotel gave the place a warm, festive feel, and it was lovely to sense how much people here enjoy Christmas. The team made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. My room was spacious, clean, and very quiet, just right for relaxing. Breakfast was tasty and always arrived on time. Tulip Inn is right in the center of Tomohon, so getting around on foot was easy. I had a lovely stay and can highly recommend it.
