We booked a deluxe room, not a standard one, but there were hardly any facilities. We complained repeatedly and the staff didn't care. There was no hot water for bathing, and on my last day there wasn't any water at all. The staff were stubborn, and breakfast had no menu. They offered very little, just tea. We were guests but weren't allowed to complain and had to follow the hotel's rules. Never choose this hotel!

At 300k for one night, this place wasn't really livable for more than a night. It's right on Danau Toba and is a huge hotel, but maintenance is very poor. The rooms and toilets were in bad shape.

If you can afford somewhere else, I wouldn't really recommend this place. The facilities are minimal, with no towel or hot water, but it is very cheap at IDR 350k a night. The lake is right there, and it's a good fishing spot. My friends and I had a lot of fun fishing. Just don't swim if you're not confident in the water, especially when it's windy.
